Using the Data: Use of the SEC Filings summary data should be straight-forward, as all tables have pop-up descriptions for each column, and most columns are both sortable and searchable by keyword. All 13-F’s are updating as they are filed, overnight, on the day of the filing, and 13D/G’s are updated real-time and at the end of the day.
